Yesterday January 2nd 2022 at midday I finished shopping after spending a substantial amount on groceries in Tesco and other shops. I pushed the heavy trolley up to the pay machine one first level of Tesco carpark to pay while my husband put out 10wk old baby into her car seat. Only to discover a small sign on the lhs machine which normally takes card payments, reading there was a board band issue and therefore they could only accept cash. Now I was worried as I never have cash but I checked my purse and I had none. I had under 10e in my account so I couldn't go down to an ATM to get money out to pay either. I pressed the buzzer and explained all of this to the man. I owed 1.20e he said there was nothing he could do, he just worked there had no authority to validate ticket. He didn't care we had baby in car crying due a feed and it was cold and we needed to get her home. I said but I'm willing to pay, it's your WiFi issue. He said it not our WiFi issue it's everyone issue.

Carpark attended is an arrogant tug was extremely abusive and unhelpful to my mother and another customer over having problems with tickets. My mam lost her ticket and wasn't sure what to do he was extremely abusive and unhelpful to her she was extremely upset but this experience
