Parking in Carlow

Street parking is by Disc only. 20c per hour between the hours of 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday - Saturday. Discs can be purchased in local shops only. There are two traffic wardens supervising parking in the town.

Disabled Access and Facilities

Permits for disabled drivers are available from the Irish Wheelchair Association on application. Persons with a Disabled Parking Permit may park free in disc parking zones provided the vehicle has displayed thereon a valid Disabled Persons Parking Permit.

Residents permits are available from your local county council for individuals who live within a disc parking zone.
